Baby Sweater and Hat Finished
My friends that were due at the end of January went and had the kid a couple weeks early, so this comes a little late for them, but it's a 6-9 month size, so it should still fit. Before I mailed it off, I took these pictures. Willow wanted to help, so I let her:
Yeah, the hat was a little too big for her.
And the "real" picture:
Sweater Pattern:
Bunny Hop Side Wrap Kimono
Yarn: Mission Falls 1824 Cotton 3 skeins of 404 1/4 Indigo (I've never seen a fractional color number before, so I'm not sure about the 1/4 after the 404 on the yarn band, 404 on the Mission Falls website is Indigo and they look the same) and, less than 1 skein of Phlox (#405)
Size 6-9 Months (too big for an 8 pound cat)
Hat:
Kids Cotton Hats from Last Minute Knitted Gifts
Yarn: Same yarn as sweater
Size: Baby (too big for a cat)

There is nothing more enjoyable than a cat in clothing, especially lovely handknitted clothing.
When I was little, my mom used to dress our orange tiger cat in my doll clothes and then take pictures of him. I didn't know until years later that not every family did this.
HAHAHAHAHAHA I HAVE MY KITTIES POSE IN HATS FOR BABIES TOO!!!
